Florence Pugh was a vision at the reopening of the Tiffany & Co. store in New York on April 27. cape dress paired with sparkling diamonds, of course. Pugh’s groundbreaking style has continued to shine, but the inspiration for her new hairstyle wasn’t quite what we expected.

While Pugh’s blonde bob, which she cut off in real life for her role in “A Good Person,” was given a sculptural style and fake micro-fringe for the Oscars and turned into a fanned piece of art for the BAFTAs, celebrity hairstylist Peter Lux is on the keep experimenting most creative ways with her hair. For the NYC event, he kept her lob straight and swept in at the ends, while keeping a longer, choppy fringe. His Instagram proves that the inspiration for the look was the 1983 crime drama “Scarface,” but don’t worry, he wasn’t channeling Al Pacino, but Elvira Hancock, Michelle Pfeifer’s femme fatale character. Alex Babsky also took the same inspiration for Pugh’s makeup, which took on a sultry feel with smokey eyes and matte lips.

For the rest of Pugh’s stunning look, Dawn Sterling gave her almond-shaped nails an iridescent manicure that shimmered in multi-colored hues in the light. Her longtime stylist, Rebecca Corbin-Murray, dressed the “Don’t Worry Darling” star in a gorgeous strapless, sheer dress by Valentino – an appropriate choice as Pugh is now the face of the Valentino rockstud collection. The mint green dress came complete with a flowing cape and long train. She paired the dress with platform heels and huge stacked jewelry rings and a pedant from Tiffany & Co.
