With more people working from home than before, owning a good pair of noise canceling headphones is more appealing than ever. However, they can be expensive and difficult to buy due to the range of models available, many of which cater to different lifestyles and priorities. For example, some are better suited for long-haul flights, while others are ideal for multitasking and marathon listening sessions.

That’s why we’ve put together this list of the best deals on noise canceling headphones. Here you’ll find deals on a variety of on-ear and over-ear headphones, all of which are designed to eliminate ambient noise, but have their own strengths and weaknesses. And if you want to do even more research before making a purchase decision, we’ve put together a guide to the best noise-canceling headphones that can help you decide which one is right for you.

AirPods Max deals from Apple

Apple’s AirPods Max have exemplary build quality, sound phenomenal, and keep pace with the best in noise cancellation.

If you’re looking for the best sound quality you can get in noise canceling headphones, we recommend the AirPods Max. The headphones pair seamlessly with other Apple devices and they sound great, especially when paired with Apple’s Spatial Audio feature, which makes for a more immersive experience when listening to or viewing compatible content. They also have the best transparency mode of any of the headphones on our list, and they have incredible build quality thanks to a deluxe design that opts for aluminum, steel, and fabric over plastic.

With an MSRP of $549, the AirPods Max can be quite expensive, but they often retail for much less. For example, right now the headphones are down to $479.99 at Amazon, Best Buy, and Costco (members only). If you live near a Micro Center, you can also buy them for $469.99 in select colors.

With 60 hours of battery life and superb comfort, the Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless Noise Canceling Headphones also live up to the company’s reputation for detailed, expansive sound quality.

If you’re looking for noise canceling headphones with great battery life, Sennheiser’s Momentum Wireless 4 are your best option. These headphones last up to 60 hours on a single charge. They also sound great, offer multipoint Bluetooth connectivity and match the comfort of the Sony WH-1000XM5 – our favorite noise canceling headphones. They may not have physical controls or the classy, retro-inspired design that their predecessor had, but they do offer improved noise cancellation (even if it’s not quite on par with Sony or Bose).

The Momentum Wireless 4 normally sell for $379.95, but now you can buy them direct from Sennheiser for $279.95.

Marshall Monitor II ANC Deals

Marshall’s noise canceling headphones stand out for their unusual look and easy-to-use joystick for controlling your music. They also champion battery life with up to 45 hours of playback.

If you’re looking for a stylish pair of noise-canceling headphones, you’re sure to turn heads with the Marshall Monitor II ANC. The Monitor IIs stand out for their unique look and come with a gold joystick that makes it easy to control your headphones. They provide a warm, textured sound and adequately dampen ambient noise. While they may not match some of the other headphones on this list in terms of noise canceling effectiveness or sound quality, they can last up to 45 hours with the noise canceling turned off. If insisted, they will still last up to 30 hours and beat many of their rivals.

Right now you can buy the Marshall Monitor II ANC for $299.99 instead of $319.99 at Best Buy. That’s a modest discount and far from their all-time low, but we don’t often see them drop much lower, so it’s still a deal worth noting.

With improved comfort, refined sound and even better active noise cancellation, Sony’s WH-1000XM5 offers an attractive mix of features for the price.

They don’t differ greatly from the previous model, but the Sony WH-1000XM5 are still our favorite noise canceling headphones. The XM5s improve on all the features that made the XM4s great by offering better active noise cancellation, improving call quality and amplifying the overall sound of the already excellent headphones. While the lack of new features is a little disappointing, the Sony XM5s remain one of our top picks for anyone looking for a pair of premium noise-canceling headphones.

While we’ve seen them drop to just $348 in the past, right now the only notable deal available for the XM5s is at Walmart, where you can pick them up for $389. Keep in mind, though, that they’re sold by a third-party seller (although shipped by Walmart).

Beats Studio 3 Wireless Deals

The Beats Studio 3 features Apple’s wireless W1 chip, allowing them to quickly connect and switch between all your Apple devices. The wireless over-ear headphones connect via Bluetooth and also support 3.5mm for a wired connection.

While we can’t recommend these to anyone outside of the Apple ecosystem, the Beats Studio 3 wireless could be a good alternative if you want over-ear headphones for an Apple device but find the AirPods Max too expensive. The Beats Studio 3 is comfortable to wear, folds in for easy storage and features Apple’s latest generation W1 wireless chip, which still allows you to quickly connect and switch between Apple devices. Keep in mind, though, that unlike those built with Apple’s newer H1 chip, the headphones don’t have hands-free Siri support. They also charge via a Micro USB port instead of a Lightning port or USB-C.

The Beats Studio 3 are showing their age at the moment – the headphones that launched in 2017, after all – but they’re currently on sale on Amazon from $169.99 ($180 off). You can also buy them in select colors for $10 more at Best Buy and Target.
