Successor actor Alexander Skarsgard and his girlfriend Tuva Novotny are blessed with their first child. Skarsgard confirmed the exciting news to Entertainment Online during the Succession season 4 premiere, held Monday night at the Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City.
“Thank you so much,” Skarsgard said on the red carpet as he was congratulated on the new addition to his family. The actor also showed off a stuffed animal he received at the event. I got this on the red carpet,” he said. “Thank you, thank you.”

For the inexperienced: Skarsgard and Novotny were first spotted with their baby in November.
Alexander Skarsgard talks about Succession Season 4
Skarsgard, who plays Lukas Matsson on the hit HBO show Succession, opened up about the upcoming season 4. When asked how he thinks audiences will react to the final season, Skarsgard said, “It’s hard to say [how viewers will react]. I think it’s very well written this season. I can’t say, ‘You’ll be pleased.'” Adding further, the 46-year-old actor said, “People will be very shocked, very surprised by the end of the season, for sure. And I hope people feel like they’re intoxicated by the show, but they also want more.”

Alexander also talked about getting started with new cast members this season, saying it’s been a “real treat.” The actor also had many sweet things to say about the cast, praising them for welcoming him aboard with open arms. “Especially when I came on the show after two and a half years… I was really grateful because they are very sweet themselves. They are welcoming and hospitable and invited me in, and so generous with their time and energy,” said Skarsgard. “It made my job very easy. So talented. It’s crazy.”
Succession Season 4 will air on HBO on Sunday, March 26.
