In a recent chat, the actress talked about the thoughts she had while shooting for this movie.

Rani Mukerji spoke about Ms Chaterjee vs. Norway on Kareena Kapoor’s chat show What Women Want and revealed the thoughts she had while shooting for this film and that it had nothing to do with her daughter Adira. The actress revealed that she was not thinking about her daughter Adira at all during the performance. The reason behind this was that she couldn’t imagine herself in the shoes of the character. The actress added that she channeled all her energy through her mother. She only thought about what her mother would do if someone took her and Raja (Rani’s brother) away from her. Rani also added that she would go crazy if something like this happened to her.

Rani Mukerji’s film is doing well in the US/Canada and other international markets

Not just in Norway, Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway has also taken a big hit in other international markets, both in terms of cost and release size. For example, the US/Canada had an opening day of around $60,000 and the opening weekend is likely to exceed $250,000 if all goes well.

Other international markets also performed well, adding more than $100,000. The total cume internationally is about $200 thousand which when converted to Indian rupees is about Rs 1.70 crores. For example, the international collections are comfortably higher than the domestic collections.
