American actress and filmmaker Olivia Wilde has claimed that her former fiancé, actor Jason Sudeikis, is not paying child support despite having a “significantly higher” income. According to the latest legal documents and filings obtained by The blast, Wilde asks a Los Angeles judge to order Sudeikis to pay a reasonable amount in child support because he pays zero child support despite his high income. She adds that she has not received anything from him since their split and is forced to pay for everything including food, clothes, extracurricular activities and childcare.

The former couple have two children, 8-year-old Otis, and 6-year-old Daisy. The 39-year-old actress claims that she bears “100% of the costs of childcare”. However, she added that Sudeikis shares the children’s school fees with her. The director of Don’t Worry Darling says she needs the child support so she can provide their children with a lifestyle that is “in line with Jason’s standard of living”.
Wilde also wants Sudeikis to contribute to her attorney and accountant fees because the comedian is in a “significantly superior” financial position and because “the blatant, unnecessary and aggressive behavior of Jason and his counsel” is costing her a lot of money. The filmmaker is asking $500,000 from her former partner and wants him to pay child support retroactively to the date she filed the case.
The documents obtained state: “Jason shares the same responsibility as Olivia for supporting their children, but Olivia has borne the lion’s share of the costs for their children since the completion of this action.” But a source close to Sudeikis has made other claims Page six and said, “Olivia and Jason shared costs equally and fairly throughout their entire relationship, including everything related to the kids.”
The source added: “Jason took it upon himself to start the proceedings primarily to ensure that both parents would take good care of the children, based on the court’s decision as to what is financially fair going forward .” In an earlier legal filing, Wilde accused Sudeikis of putting her into debt. She revealed that she has a net worth of over $10 million and shared further details about the amounts.

According to the documents, Wilde has $645,187 in bank accounts, $3,902,689 in stocks and bonds, and $6,021,860 in real estate and other property investments, totaling $10,569,736. The documents further show that the actress has a monthly income of $71,667, but spends $107,000 a month on her mortgage, laundry and cleaning, and other daily needs.
